Once I register a domain, can I change it later?
Unfortunately not, once a domain has been registered, it will remain valid for 12 months. If you would
like to have another domain, you would have to register a new domain.
What is a fair usage policy?
The fair usage policy referes to incoming and outgoing traffic to the website. It is unlimited for normal
web usage, anything above everyday usage will be regarded as strain to the server.
OnePager, how much do I pay?
The website is free of charge, however the setup fee is R250 and monthly it is R50 for hosting.
How many emails do I get with the OnePager?
2 email address with the option to increase at an additional R5 per email on the hosting amount.
Do I have access to my Cpanel account?
Upon request yes, any changes made to the server that may affect the website, we won’t be responsible
for the changes and a fee may be charged to restore the server state.
How do I pay the hosting fee?
We will send you monthly invoices including the different methods of paying. We currently accept bank
transfers, eWallet, CashSend.
What happens if I don’t pay my hosting?
A grace period of 5 days will be granted to make payment. If still not paid, your emails and website will
be suspended until payment is made. A reconnection fee of R50 will be charged on the account and
will have to be paid with the outstanding hosting fee to reactivate the account.
What if I want to cancel the service?
In the event of a cancellation, and if you require a backup of your emails and website, a preparation fee
of R350 will be asked. If no backup is required, the account can be terminated at no fee.
